Do I need to make a reservation?
The
sooner you contact us, either by online ordering, e-mail, or phone, the better chance we have of guaranteeing the display
of your choice or getting the stork there before Mom & Baby arrive home. Payment is needed to guarantee the
date for the display.
How much do the displays cost?
Our displays begin at $85.00 and vary for each display and length of time.

Is
there a Delivery Fee?
In some cases, yes, but not always. We
service the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky Area. A Delivery Fee may apply. After placing
your order we will contact you to make payment arrangements and let you know of any additional fees. Fees
may be $10.00, $15.00, or $25.00 depending on the milage. We do not service outside of 30 miles
Will you deliver to an Apartment
Community?
No. We will not put a display up in common areas. ie in front of an apartment
building, retirement home, and hotel. We will only set diplays if the receipent has their own entrance and front yard.
When will the display be delivered? We deliver 7 days a week 365
days a year! Delivery will take place in the early morning hours before dawn. We
are a year round service. Excluding Stork displays they are delivered the evening before the request date.
When will the display be removed?
We will pick up the “yard” greeting that evening at approximately 7pm to ensure a full
day of recognition of the honoree’s special occasion. (*some pickups may very due to weather conditions
or location.) If an additional day is required there will be an additional fee. Please refer
to our pricing page for details.
How
are the Lawn Greetings displayed?
Lawn Greetings are inserted into the ground with H-Frame
stakes similar to political signs. None of our stakes tear up your lawn, they just aerate it a bit!
Can I Order on short notice?
Of course you can!
We can provide next day service on our standard greeting displays depending on availability. Orders placed
less than 24 hours prior to the requested date, will have a surcharge fee of $20.00. We can not process any
orders after 5:00 PM for next day delivery. Our deliveries begin at midnight. Excluding stork
displays. Payment is required before delivery. Special requested displays require
a minimum of 72 hour advance notice.
What
types of Lawn Ornaments do you have?
We have over 100 items to choose from. Anything
from Animals, to sports to novelty. A-Frame signs to 2 foot letters! We have standard
displays or you can create your own.
Do
you have suggestions for phrases or do I have to come up with my own?
We have countless
creative phrases for all of our displays which are bound to make you laugh! (listed on our ordering page)
Can I keep one of the “critters” as a souvenir?
NO!!!!
Any missing critters will be charged to the credit card on file. Please see our Terms and Conditions
page for missing item fees.
Does
someone need to be home when you deliver?
No, we will take care of everything!
How do I pay for my lawn display?
All
major credit cards Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Will the recipient know who the display is from?
Every recipient
receives a card that reveals their secret sender. You can also remain anonymous.
What is your refund policy?
Please refer to our Terms & Conditions page for full details of our refunds.
If you need
to cancel your display please allow a 48 hour advance notice starting from midnight of the rental date. *Example:
You place an order for a rental date for March 5, something comes up and you need to cancel, you would need to cancel
no later than 12:01 AM March 3. Anything past that no refund is given.
All cancellations will
incur a credit card fee of 5%.
May Children play on or with the displays?
Our designs and signs are not intended to be climbed on or played with by children. We cannot
be held responsible for injury.
What
if the display becomes damaged?
If you notice any damage as a result of severe weather,
please notify us right away. We reserve the right to charge an additional fee if our display is stolen
or intentionally damaged; please review our terms & conditions.
What if I want to move the display?
If you would like to move
the location, please let us know and we will do it for you. This only applies to 5 & 7 day rentals.
An additional fee may apply each time we come out to move the display. We cannot be held responsible
for any damage to people or property that occurs if you try to move the display.
Can I mow and water my lawn?
Please refrain from mowing
or trimming near our display as it may cause damage. Watering is fine.
