Baby Display Order Form

Order Online! and save yourself a phone call. One of our representatives will call between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm to confirm availibilty and let you know if there will be any additional fee's. To guarantee the baby display, payment is required to hold the date for the display. All Baby Display are delivered the evening before the date requested  Displays are picked up approximately by 7pm. We service the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky Area a Delivery Fee may apply.

Stork Display A 7ft Stork with Baby Bottles, Rattles, Balloons and Pacifers to complete the display. Also a baby in a blanket keepsake which will have: Baby's Name, Date of Birth, and Weight. Additional cost of $15.00 for a full color baby in a blanket keepsake.

Baby Shower Display A 7ft Stork with Baby Bottle, Rattle, and Balloons to complete the display.  If you don't know the sex of the baby the display will be pink and blue.  If you know the sex of the baby it will be specific. Also a baby in a blanket keepsake which will have: Expecting Baby (last name or first name if known) and the Month and Year the baby is born.

Does the yard where the display is being set up have a dog?

Does the yard where the display is being set up have a sprinkler system?

How did you hear about us?

Payment is requested by email thru Paypal. (a Paypal account is not required). A payment confirmation is needed to hold a display for the requested date. All rush orders will need a payment confirmation within an hour of placing an order.
