Ugh……Rules!!! Here at Twilight Greetings we are not crazy about policies,
terms & conditions or rules but we understand they are necessary to keep things running smoothly. You
and your recipient are very important to us and we want you to be completely over-the-top satisfied with our service but sometimes
things happen beyond our control, therefore we need to have some rules in place. Our business is a fun
and exciting one that brings smiles to everyone!!
Our Rules
We
respectfully reserve the right to decline a delivery area that we feel may be unsafe for our critters and our personnel.
Please do not remove any of our critters. If you need them taken down, please give us a
call and we’ll gladly come and get them. If they are taken down by anyone other than an employee
of Twilight Greetings, and some go missing or any part becomes damaged the person sending the surprise will be charged.

DO NOT, under any circumstances
allow children to play with or around our display or pull up any of our critters. We cannot be held responsible for injuries
incurred from removing or playing with or around our displays.

keep your children safe!
Lawn Greetings are inserted
in the ground using H-stakes. None of our stakes will tear up your lawn and the upmost of care is utilized
when erecting the displays, however Twilight Greetings is not liable for any damages to the lawn or property for damages
caused by circumstances not within our control.
We
will not, under ANY circumstances, put up a “mean” display. We won’t allow cruel jokes
of any kind. Our business is to make people Happy! If we find we were tricked into a
mean display, and the display gets damaged, you the sender will be held responsible and will be charged for all the damaged
or missing items. Please see below for pricing.
Whew!! That was easy, only 5 rules! Now on to our Refund and Payment
Policies…….
REFUND POLICY
We offer a full refund for certain situations.
If you cancel 48 hours in advance of the rental date
If we are unable to deliver due to adverse weather conditions such as heavy rain, snow, ice, high
winds or frozen ground. We will make every effort to deliver as long as we are safe doing it.
We will NOT offer refunds for these reasons:
If we are unable to set up the display due to an agitated loose dog or other animal
If you do not cancel 48 hours in advance (At this time, we can reschedule for another date)
If we are given the wrong address and are unable to reach you. We will make
every attempt to deliver your display based on the information given to us, but if it doesn’t jive, we can’t be
held liable. Please double check the address given to us!
If the recipient requests us to remove the display
If we cannot set up the display because of a gated community not allowing us access. (It’s
not fun arguing with a guard in the middle of the night!)
Or for any other reason beyond our control
PAYMENT POLICY
We accept cash, check money order, cashier’s check,
Visa, MasterCard, Discover ,American Express (via Pay Pal) and of course Pay Pal. Payments should be made
7 days prior to rental date or at the time of the reservation. Payment is needed to guarantee the date for
the display. If you wish to pay by Credit Card, you will receive a payment request by e-mail. This
payment request will be processed by Pay Pal. If paying by check, money order or cashier’s check,
please e-mail us for our postal address. All payments made by check, money order and Cashier’s Check
must be received 7 days prior to the rental date for bank clearance. Returned checks will be charged a
$35.00 NSF fee and must be paid before delivery.
Orders placed less than 12
hours prior to the requested date, will have a surcharge fee of $20.00. We can not process any orders after 9:00 PM
for next day delivery. Our deliveries begin at midnight. Excluding stork displays.
MISSING/ STOLEN OR DAMAGED/VANDALIZED ITEMS
In the event any items are missing, vandalized, kept as souvenirs or stolen, the following fees apply:
$15.00 per small lawn critter
$250.00 per jumbo lawn critter
$200.00 per A-Frame Sign
It
will be the responsibility of the party who ordered the display to pay the replacement fees. The credit
card on file will be charged.
